General Processing & Shipping:
Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be shipped out.
Shipping: All orders are shipped with a USPS tracking number. Once order is shipped, XO by Kiki is not responsible for anything that may happen to the package in transit. If you do not receive your order within one week, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they will be able to assist you.
