Are your products vegan?

What happens if I have an issue with any of the products in my order?

If you happen to have any issue with a product in your order, please reach out via our Contact Us form with your name, order number and issue and we will be back to you within 48 hours to resolve all issues.

What's in it?

At XO By Kiki we use organic oils and essential oils in our products.  Our Nail Elixirs and Beard Elixirs use a blend of organic jojoba, avocado, grapeseed and Sunflower oils and essential oils that help promote growth. Our lip products contain a similar blend with the additions of coconut oil as well as shea and mango butters for hydration and nourishment. 

Unfortunately due to the ingredients in our lip products, we advise consumers with nut allergies or sensitivities to be cautious and be aware. The same applies for our Elixirs for consumers with nut and seed allergies/sensitivities. 

How's it made?

All our products are hand blended and small batch. To ensure quality each time,  we follow our precisely formulated recipes.
